No working in the dark.

A whole house fan is installed right outside the master bedroom. This fan does an amazing job of drawing in fresh air for whatever window you choose. When used properly, it can cool off the entire house quickly saving much on electric bills.

Asphalt driveway has been replaced with more trouble free cement.

An access door was installed in the back wall of the garage and a cement pad added for proper storage and easy access of trash cans.

All bathrooms have been tremendously upgraded to ceramic tile and high end amenities.
